Participants were asked to repeat a syllable–tone combination immediately after hearing it. Half of all participants were exposed to speech from 1 talker (low variability) while the other half heard speech from 4 talkers (high variability). Half of the L1 English participants were given daily explicit instruction on Mandarin tone contours, while the other half were not. Tone accuracy was measured by L1 Mandarin raters (n = 104) who classified productions according to their perceived tonal category. Explicit instruction of tone contours facilitated L1 English participants’ production of rising and falling tone contours. High variability input alone had no main effect on participants’ productions but interacted with explicit instruction to improve participants’ productions of high-level tone contours. These results motivate an L2 tone production training approach that consists of explicit tone instruction followed by gradual exposure to more variable speech.]]> Wed 29 Mar 2023 12:32:34 AEDT ]]> Setting precedent: initial feature variability affects the subsequent precision of regularly varying sound contexts https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:40569 Wed 29 Mar 2023 12:09:59 AEDT ]]> Factors associated with maternal hyperglycaemia and neonatal hypoglycaemia after antenatal betamethasone administration in women with diabetes in pregnancy. https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:54979 Wed 27 Mar 2024 09:31:09 AEDT ]]> Diet quality and 10-year healthcare costs by BMI categories in the mid-age cohort of the Australian Longitudinal Study on Women's Health https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:35627 Wed 24 Nov 2021 15:52:05 AEDT ]]> Consumer collecting behaviour: A systematic review and future research agenda https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:42533 Wed 24 Aug 2022 15:50:24 AEST ]]> Experiences of implementing hand hygiene for Malawian schoolchildren: a qualitative study https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:42518 Wed 24 Aug 2022 11:55:03 AEST ]]> Predicting abstinence from methamphetamine use after residential rehabilitation: findings from the Methamphetamine Treatment Evaluation Study https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:27361 Wed 23 Feb 2022 16:04:23 AEDT ]]> Obese asthmatics are characterized by altered adipose tissue macrophage activation https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:43499 Wed 21 Sep 2022 10:05:07 AEST ]]> Teachers' attitudes toward and frequency of engagement in reading aloud in the primary classroom https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:40773 Western Australian Study in Reading Aloud (WASRA) collected data from over 100 teachers at 14 Australian schools. The dietary compositions of C. rubescens and C. schoenleinii differed significantly among length classes, progressed serially with increasing body size, both overall and almost invariably in each season and were more closely related to body size than season, whose effect was at best minimal. The size‐related dietary change in C. rubescens involved, in particular, a shift from crustaceans and non‐mytilid bivalves to mytilid bivalves and echinoid echinoderms. Although the diet of C. schoenleinii followed similar size‐related changes, it contained a greater volume of gastropods when the fish were small and mytilids when large and only a small volume of echinoids. The dietary composition of C. rubescens in the Abrolhos Islands, 300 km to the south of Shark Bay, was related both to length class and season and differed from that of this labrid in Shark Bay with the ingestion of lesser volumes of mytilids and greater volumes of echinoids. The size‐related changes in diet imply that these species shift from foraging over soft substrata to over reefs as their very well‐developed jaws become sufficiently strong to remove attached and larger prey. The dietary compositions of C. rubescens and C. schoenleinii in Shark Bay and of C. rubescens at the Abrolhos Islands were related far more to habitat–locational differences than to length class and season. The above intraspecific and interspecific differences in diet are consistent with qualitative accounts of the relative abundances of the main prey in their respective environments, supporting the view that, despite specializations in their feeding apparatus, these labrids can feed opportunistically to a certain extent and could thus potentially respond to moderate changes in the composition of their prey caused by climate change and other anthropogenic effects.]]> Tue 09 Mar 2021 18:05:52 AEDT ]]> Genome-based evolutionary history of Pseudomonas spp https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:44763 Pseudomonas is a large and diverse genus of Gammaproteobacteria. To provide a framework for discovery of evolutionary and taxonomic relationships of these bacteria, we compared the genomes of type strains of 163 species and 3 additional subspecies of Pseudomonas, including 118 genomes sequenced herein. A maximum likelihood phylogeny of the 166 type strains based on protein sequences of 100 single-copy orthologous genes revealed thirteen groups of Pseudomonas, composed of two to sixty three species each. Pairwise average nucleotide identities and alignment fractions were calculated for the data set of the 166 type strains and 1224 genomes of Pseudomonas available in public databases. Results revealed that 394 of the 1224 genomes were distinct from any type strain, suggesting that the type strains represent only a fraction of the genomic diversity of the genus. The core genome of Pseudomonas was determined to contain 794 genes conferring primarily housekeeping functions. A planning study with 10 patient stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) spine plans and 10 patient H&N plans was calculated in both Acuros XB (AXB) v15.6.06 and Anisotropic Analytical Algorithm (AAA) v15.6.06. The patient contour was overridden to water as only the penumbral differences between the two different algorithms were under investigation. Results: The dosimetry audit results show that for the SBRT spine case, plans calculated in AXB are colder than what is measured in the spinal cord by 5%-10%. This was also observed for other audit cases where a C-shape target is wrapped around an OAR where the plans were colder by 3%-10%. Plans calculated with Monaco MC were colder than measurements by approximately 7% with the OAR surround by a C-shape target, but these differences were not noted in the SBRT spine case. Results from the clinical patient plans showed that the AXB was on average 7.4% colder than AAA when comparing the minimum dose in the spinal cord OAR. This average difference between AXB and AAA reduced to 4.5% when using the more clinically relevant metric of maximum dose in the spinal cord. For the H&N plans, AXB was cooler on average than AAA in the spinal cord OAR (1.1%), left parotid (1.7%), and right parotid (2.3%). The EGSnrc investigation also noted similar, but smaller differences. The beam penumbra modeled by Ecut(kinetic) = 500 keV was steeper than the beam penumbra modeled by Ecut(kinetic) = 10 keV as the full scatter is not accounted for, which resulted in less dose being calculated in a central OAR region where the penumbra contributes much of the dose. The dose difference when using 2.5 mm voxels of the center of the OAR between 500 and 10 keV was 3%, reducing to 1% between 200 and 10 keV. Conclusions: Lack of full penumbral modeling due to approximations in the algorithms in MC based or LBTE algorithms are a contributing factor as to why these algorithms under-predict the dose to OAR when the treatment volume is wrapped around the OAR. The penumbra modeling approximations also contribute to AXB plans predicting colder doses than AAA in areas that are in the vicinity of beam penumbra. This effect is magnified in regions where there are many beam penumbras, for example in the spinal cord for spine SBRT cases.]]> Tue 06 Sep 2022 13:57:20 AEST ]]> Management of urinary tract infection by early-career general practitioners in Australia https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:38998 Tue 05 Apr 2022 15:19:29 AEST ]]> An exploratory study of the relations between women miners' gender-based workplace issues and their mental health and job satisfaction https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:31199 Tue 03 Sep 2019 18:27:06 AEST ]]> First-impression bias effects on mismatch negativity to auditory spatial deviants https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:30396 Tue 03 Sep 2019 18:01:23 AEST ]]> Coral microbiome database: integration of sequences reveals high diversity and relatedness of coral-associated microbes https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:34933 Tue 03 Sep 2019 17:58:29 AEST ]]> The rationale of dose-response curves in selecting cancer drug dosing https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:37220 Tue 01 Sep 2020 18:15:55 AEST ]]> Age-related decline in task switching is linked to both global and tract-specific changes in white matter microstructure https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:24681 Tue 01 May 2018 15:44:50 AEST ]]> A cluster randomized controlled trial of a simplified 5-step handwashing technique versus a conventional 7-step handwashing technique among Chinese students with intellectual disabilities https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:39959 Thu 30 Jun 2022 16:21:31 AEST ]]> Chiral-selective etching effects on carbon nanotube growth at edge carbon atoms https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:35478 Thu 30 Jan 2020 16:34:09 AEDT ]]> A qualitative evaluation of the STOMA psychosocial intervention programme for colorectal cancer patients with stoma https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:34934 Thu 28 Oct 2021 12:36:04 AEDT ]]> A gut reaction: the combined influence of exercise and diet on gastrointestinal microbiota in rats https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:30651 Thu 28 Oct 2021 12:35:58 AEDT ]]> ISPAD Clinical Practice Consensus Guidelines 2018: nutritional management in children and adolescents with diabetes https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:33671 Thu 27 Jan 2022 15:56:16 AEDT ]]> Young women's complex patterns of contraceptive use: findings from an Australian cohort study https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:46445 Thu 24 Nov 2022 14:11:59 AEDT ]]> A 6LoWPAN OPNET simulation model for machine-to-machine communications https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:46489 Thu 24 Nov 2022 11:52:46 AEDT ]]> The Design of Stereotype and the Image https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:49469 Thu 18 May 2023 14:34:15 AEST ]]> A pilot intervention to reduce postpartum weight retention and central adiposity in first-time mothers: results from the mums OnLiNE (Online, Lifestyle, Nutrition & Exercise) study https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:42102 n=28) received access to an online calorie tracking program, smartphone app, three telephone counselling calls with a dietitian and written material. The parametric model accounted for both stop-signal reaction time (SSRT) and trigger failure (i.e., failures to initiate the inhibition process). The returned SSRT estimate (SSRTEXG3) was attenuated by ≈65 ms compared to traditional nonparametric SSRT estimates (SSRTint). The amplitude and latency of the N1 and P3 event-related potential components were derived for both stop-success and stop-failure trials and compared to behavioral estimates derived from traditional (SSRTint) and parametric (SSRTEXG3, trigger failure) models. Both the fronto-central N1 and P3 peaked earlier and were larger for stop-success than stop-failure trials. For stop-failure trials only, N1 peak latency correlated with both SSRT estimates as well as trigger failure and temporally coincided with SSRTEXG3, but not SSRTint. In contrast, P3 peak and onset latency were not associated with any behavioral estimates of inhibition for either trial type. While the N1 peaked earlier for stop-success than stop-failure trials, this effect was not found in poor task performers (i.e., high trigger failure/slow SSRT). These findings are consistent with attentional modulation of both the speed and reliability of the inhibition process, but not for poor performers. Together with the absence of any P3 onset latency effect, our findings suggest that attentional mechanisms are important in supporting speeded and reliable inhibition processes required in the stop-signal task.]]> Thu 02 Nov 2023 09:54:53 AEDT ]]> Fraction of broken waves in natural surf zones https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:36264 b) in natural surf zones using data from seven microtidal, wave‐dominated, sandy Australian beaches. Qb is a critical, but rarely quantified, parameter for parametric surf zone energy dissipation models, which are commonly used as coastal management tools. Here, Qb is quantified using a combination of remote sensing and in situ data. These data and machine learning techniques enable quantification of Qb for a substantial data set (>330,000 waves). The results show that Qb is a highly variable parameter with a high degree of interbeach and intrabeach variability. Such variability could be correlated to environmental parameters: tidal variations correlated with changes in Qb of up to 70% for a given local water depth (h) on a low tide terrace beach, and increased infragravity relative to sea‐swell energy correlated to lower values of Qb at the surf‐swash boundary. Qb also correlates well with the Australian beach morphodynamic model: For more dissipative beaches Qb increases rapidly in the outer surf zone, whereas for more reflective beaches Qb increases slowly throughout the surf zone. Finally, when comparing data to existing models, three commonly used theoretical formulations for Qb are observed to be poor predictors with errors of the order of 40%. Existing theoretical Qb models are shown to improve (revised errors of the order of 10%) if the Rayleigh probability distribution that describes the wave height is in these models is replaced by the Weibull distribution.]]> Thu 01 Jun 2023 18:46:58 AEST ]]> Scoping review of the impact of birth trauma on clinical decisions of midwives https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:46825 Thu 01 Dec 2022 11:01:07 AEDT ]]> Enhancing competitive advantage in Hong Kong higher education: linking knowledge sharing, absorptive capacity and innovation capability https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:46823 Thu 01 Dec 2022 10:58:04 AEDT ]]> Experience of gerotranscendence among community-dwelling older people: a cross-sectional study https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:46820 Thu 01 Dec 2022 09:53:46 AEDT ]]> Prevalence, symptoms and risk factor profile of rumination syndrome and functional dyspepsia: a population-based study https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:48476 Sun 19 Mar 2023 15:13:30 AEDT ]]> A qualitative study examining the preparedness of dental hygiene students for a service-learning placement in residential aged care https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:31149 Sat 24 Mar 2018 08:43:36 AEDT ]]> A ruin theoretic design approach for wireless cellular network sharing with facilities https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:30707 Sat 24 Mar 2018 07:34:58 AEDT ]]> A filter-based clock synchronization protocol for wireless sensor networks https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:44877 Mon 24 Oct 2022 13:15:32 AEDT ]]> Perceived utility and relevance of intern well-being sessions https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:38753 Mon 24 Jan 2022 10:35:08 AEDT ]]> A comparative study of chlorides and longer-term reinforcement corrosion https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:30421 Mon 23 Sep 2019 13:58:17 AEST ]]> An information theory account of late frontoparietal ERP positivities in cognitive control https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:30408 Mon 23 Sep 2019 12:51:41 AEST ]]> A potential role for N-acetylcysteine in the management of methamphetamine dependence (commentary) https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:27031 Mon 23 Sep 2019 12:39:49 AEST ]]> Expert by experience involvement in mental health nursing education: the co-production of standards between experts by experience and academics in mental health nursing https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:46712 n = 50) from six countries to explore perceptions of service user involvement in mental health nursing education. Location: Coastal Chile, Australia and the Pacific Ocean. Methods: Genetic analyses of H. nigricaulis collected from Chile and Australia were used to assess the relationship between the populations and levels of clonality. Ocean surface current models were used to predict the probability of propagules dispersing from south‐east Australia to central Chile and shipping data used to determine the likelihood of anthropogenic dispersal. Results: Our study infers that the seagrass H. nigricaulis dispersed from Australia across the entire width of the Pacific (c. 14,000 km) to colonize South America on two occasions. Genetic analyses reveal that these events led to two large isolated clones, one of which covers a combined area of 3.47 km2. Oceanographic models estimate the arrival probability of a dispersal propagule within 3 years to be at most 0.00264%. Early shipping provides a potential alternative dispersal vector, yet few ships sailed from SE Australia to Chile prior to the first recording of H. nigricaulis and the lack of more recent and ongoing introductions demonstrate the rarity of such dispersal. Main conclusions: These findings demonstrate LDD does occur over extreme distances despite very low probabilities. The large number of propagules (100s of millions) produced over 100s of years suggests that the arrival of propagules in Chile was inevitable and confirms the importance of LDD for species distributions and community ecology.]]> Mon 11 Jan 2021 17:26:39 AEDT ]]> Anti-inflammatory disease-modifying treatment and disability progression in primary progressive multiple sclerosis: a cohort study https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:42843 n = 195; untreated n = 338). Objectives: To investigate the effects of fresh frozen plasma (FFP) and two antivenom doses in correcting VICC. Methods: We undertook an open-label randomized controlled trial in patients with VICC attwo Sri Lankan hospitals. Patients with suspected Russell’s viper bites and coagulopathy were randomly allocated (1 : 1) to high-dose antivenom (20 vials) or low-dose antivenom (10 vials) plus 4 U of FFP. The primary outcome was the proportion of patients with an International Normalized Ratio (INR) of < 2 at 6 h after antivenom administration. Secondary outcomes included anaphylaxis, major hemorrhage, death, and clotting factor recovery. Results: From 214 eligible patients, 141 were randomized: 71 to high-dose antivenom, and 70 to low-dose antivenom/FFP; five had no post-antivenom blood tests. The groups were similar except for a delay of 1 h in antivenom administration for FFP patients. Six hours after antivenom administration, 23 of 69 (33%) patients allocated to high-dose antivenom had an INR of < 2, as compared with 28 of 67 (42%) allocated to low-dose antivenom/FFP (absolute difference 8%; 95% confidence interval - 8% to 25%). Fifteen patients allocated to FFP did not receive it. Severe anaphylaxis occurred equally frequently in each group. One patient given FFP developed transfusion-related acute lung injury. Three deaths occurred in low-dose antivenom/FFP patients, including one intracranial hemorrhage. There was no difference in recovery rates of INR or fibrinogen, but there was more rapid initial recovery of factor V and FX in FFP patients. Conclusion: FFP after antivenom administration in patients with Russell’s viper bites did not hasten recovery of coagulopathy. Low-dose antivenom/FFP did not worsen VICC, suggesting that low-dose antivenom is sufficient.]]> Fri 24 Aug 2018 09:01:46 AEST ]]> The Costs of Confronting Osteoporosis: Cost Study of an Australian Fracture Liaison Service https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:43571 Fri 23 Sep 2022 14:03:30 AEST ]]> Alcohol and economic development: observations on the kingdom of Bhutan https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:26804 Fri 22 Apr 2022 10:24:08 AEST ]]> Health service utilisation attributable to methamphetamine use in Australia: patterns, predictors and national impact https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:27032 Fri 22 Apr 2022 10:20:14 AEST ]]> Bioinformatic, phylogenetic and chemical analysis of the UV-absorbing compounds scytonemin and mycosporine-like amino acids from the microbial mat communities of Shark Bay, Australia https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:34852 Fri 20 May 2022 15:28:54 AEST ]]> The acceptability of alcohol intoxication management services to users: a mixed methods study https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:37574 Fri 19 Feb 2021 15:23:52 AEDT ]]> Understanding the role of profession in multidisciplinary team innovation: professional identity, minority dissent and team innovation https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:42259 Fri 19 Aug 2022 14:19:36 AEST ]]> On the Three-Dimensional Scattering of Waves by Flexible Marginal Ice Floes https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:42137 Fri 19 Aug 2022 08:35:55 AEST ]]> Outcomes for infants whose mothers had an eating disorder in the perinatal period: A systematic review of the evidence https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:48473 Fri 17 Mar 2023 17:56:40 AEDT ]]> Spatial and temporal overlaps between leopards (Panthera pardus) and their competitors in the African large predator guild https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:37357 Fri 16 Oct 2020 10:30:22 AEDT ]]> Pursuing the second ipsilateral gland during minimally invasive video-assisted parathyroidectomy https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:31960 Fri 13 Apr 2018 12:35:59 AEST ]]> Quantifying Rome symptoms for diagnosis of the irritable bowel syndrome https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:41727 Fri 12 Aug 2022 10:04:18 AEST ]]> Do medical oncology patients and their support persons agree about end of life issues? https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:30021 Fri 10 Mar 2023 18:45:00 AEDT ]]> Combining multiple data sources in species distribution models while accounting for spatial dependence and overfitting with combined penalized likelihood maximization https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:48162 Fri 10 Mar 2023 14:40:36 AEDT ]]> One flood is not enough: pool-riffle self-maintenance under time-varying flows and non-equilibrium multi-fractional sediment transport https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:42004 Fri 10 Mar 2023 14:19:56 AEDT ]]> All-rounder low-cost dopant-free D-A-D hole-transporting materials for efficient indoor and outdoor performance of perovskite solar cells https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:36858 Fri 10 Jul 2020 19:14:44 AEST ]]> Attempts to reduce alcohol intake and treatment needs among people with probable alcohol dependence in England: a general population survey https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:42963 Fri 09 Sep 2022 09:53:36 AEST ]]> Requirements for improving health and well-being of children with Prader-Willi syndrome and their families https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:45712 Fri 04 Nov 2022 10:23:59 AEDT ]]> Physiological responses of the freshwater N₂-fixing cyanobacterium Raphidiopsis raciborskii to Fe and N availabilities https://novaprd-lb.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/uon:35132 Raphidiopsis raciborskii is of environmental and social concern in view of its toxicity, bloom‐forming characteristics and increasingly widespread occurrence. However, while availability of macronutrients and micronutrients such as N and Fe are critically important for the growth and metabolism of this organism, the physiological response of toxic and non‐toxic strains of R. raciborskii to varying Fe and N availabilities remains unclear. By determining physiological parameters as a function of Fe and N availability, we demonstrate that R. raciborskii growth and N₂‐fixing activity are facilitated at higher Fe availability under N₂‐limited conditions with faster growth of the CS‐506 (cylindrospermopsin‐producing) strain compared with that of CS‐509 (the non‐toxic) strain. Radiolabelled Fe uptake assays indicated that R. raciborskii acclimated under Fe‐limited conditions acquires Fe at significantly higher rates than under Fe replete conditions, principally via unchelated Fe(II) generated as a result of photoreduction of complexed Fe(III). While N₂‐fixation of both strains occurred during both day and night, the CS‐506 strain overall exhibited higher N₂‐fixing and Fe uptake rates than the CS‐509 strain under N‐deficient and Fe‐limited conditions.
