- Description
- This paper considers how 3D virtual worlds (3DVW) represent constructivist learning environments and how this technology may be used to support creativity in design education. It presents an example of how 3DVW can be used in formal design education as a mean for teaching spatial design and considers how 3DVW may foster and promote creative potential and give design students firsthand experiences of engaging in creative design processes.
